-
Step 2: Select your products from the catalog. (Tip: Use the camera icon to scan barcodes).
-
Step 3: At checkout, select Cash or EcoCash.
-
Step 4: Tap Complete Sale. The app will generate a receipt and store the data locally. Once you get a signal, look for the green "Sync" icon to upload your day's work.
2. Launching your first "Click-to-WhatsApp" Ad (Save 40%)
Stop wasting money on ads that don't convert.
-
Step 1: Navigate to the Ads tab in your dashboard.
-
Step 2: Choose "Create New CTW Ad".
-
Step 3: Use the AI Magic ✨ button to let Zimflow write your caption based on your product photo.
-
Step 4: Set your daily budget (e.g., $5/day) and hit Launch.
-
Step 5: Watch as new customers appear directly in your Zimflow Inbox, ready to receive an automated invoice.
3. Using the "Liquor/Bar" Model for Held Drinks
Perfect for bottle stores and bars managing crates.
-
Step 1: Go to Profile > Settings and toggle your business type to Liquor.
-
Step 2: When a customer buys a crate but only takes 6 cold beers, toggle the "Hold Balance" button in the POS.
-
Step 3: The customer receives a receipt with a unique Auth ID.
-
Step 4: When they return for the rest, simply scan their receipt or enter the Auth ID to see exactly how many drinks are remaining in their "tab."
4. Sending Invoices and Collecting EcoCash in Chat
Close deals without leaving the conversation.
-
Step 1: While chatting with a client in the Inbox, tap the "+" icon.
-
Step 2: Tap Create Invoice. Add the items they want.
-
Step 3: Send the invoice link. Inside that link, the customer can click "Pay via EcoCash".
